Hi, I’m Dani!

I help women to cut through stress and overwhelm so they can live healthier, more fulfilling lives. With a few simple changes, you could be on your way to feeling your best without the guilt and shame that often accompanies traditional dieting.

Starting (or re-starting) healthy habits doesn’t need to be complicated or stressful. I help my clients to discover what methods work best for their individual needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Using a flexible approach, we work on one thing at a time to minimize any frustrations while breaking down the barriers that once held you back. You’ll see and feel the difference within the first few weeks!

With more than 10 years of coaching experience, I hold a Masters Degree in Human Behavior, as well as certifications in nutrition coaching, life coaching, and personal training. Contact me to schedule a free coaching session!
