Helping Hand Community Counseling (HHCC) is dedicated to providing free and low-cost counseling services to individuals, families, and couples who are not able to otherwise afford them. Driven by the commitment to promote mental health as a critical part of overall wellness; our services include psychotherapy, counseling, support groups, case management, workshops, and classes.

HHCC provides free & affordable sliding scale ($10- $25 per session) crisis counseling for children, adults, families, and couples.
May 2018 – May 2021: 11,000 hours of counseling = $1 MILLION dollars worth of FREE services!
HHCC is 100% volunteer-based, therefore the internal expense for a 1-hour session is only $25.
Typical clients receive 6 free counseling sessions; during which they establish 3 treatment plan goals, and attend weekly sessions.
Completion rate of 82%!
