CANCELED: CAC Open Board Meeting: A Panel on Homelessness

The meeting will include a panel discussion to discuss how people experience poverty and homelessness and what causes it.  Representatives from the Osceola County School District's Families In Transition Program and Hope Partnership CEO Rev. Mary Downey will comprise our panel moderated by CAC Chair Alisa Abner.   Over 4,000 kids in our District live in hotels/motels, and Celebration K-8 School counts many of them among their student body.  We hope to touch on how the community can engage with this issue and be part of the solution.  Questions may be submitted by attendees at the time of registration.  Breakfast is included.  Please bring donation items for Hope Partnership.  See the flyer for desired items below.
