About Us

As the trusted source that lights the path for the real estate industry and our profession in Central Florida, the Osceola County Association of REALTORS®, commonly called OSCAR, is the largest trade association in Osceola County and was established in 1924. On October 1, 1950, we were officially designated a member of the National Association of Real Estate Boards (NAREB) which today is the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the largest trade association in the nation with more than 1.5 million members. When brokers, real estate agents, and business partners join our Association, they also become members of NAR and Florida REALTORS®. Our Association currently represents over 5,600 REALTOR® and affiliate members also referred to as Vital Industry Partners (VIPs).

The term REALTOR® is trademarked and identifies real estate professionals who are members of NAR, FR and OSCAR and subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. Working for property owners, our Association provides a facility for professional development, advocacy, and exchange of information among our members. When buying or selling a home, we encourage consumers to rely on the expertise and integrity of REALTORS®.
