Join Our Team! Valencia College is now hiring a P/T Instructor of Industrial Automation Technician (Mechatronics) to join the Continuing Education, Advanced Manufacturing team. This position is fully on-site out of the Accelerated Skills Training Center at the Downtown Campus.
Must possess the following work or field experience in: [required]
- Mechanical Principles to include belt drives, chain drives, gear drives and couplings
- Industrial Maintenance Principles to include Preventative Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance
- Hydraulics and Pneumatics Principles, including troubleshooting
- Industrial Electrical Principles, including troubleshooting
Preferred candidate will also possess:
- Certification in Mechanical Systems
- Certification in Maintenance Operations
- Certification in Fluid power (Hydraulics &Pneumatics)
- Certification in Industrial Electricity
