DESCRIPTION:The Coalitions Council Board of Directors of The Osceola Chamber is pleased to announce that the 2025 recipients of the Tomorrow's Leaders Today Award\, as well as the inaugural winners of four new awards\, will be honored at a reception on November 18\, 2025. \n\n\n\n\n\nSponsorship packages available.\n\n\n\nAbout the Awards\n\n\n\nTomorrow's Leaders Today Award\n\nThis award was created to honor Young Professionals that either live or work in Osceola County and are making a difference in their workplace and community. \n\n\n\n2025 Winners\n\nAmber Lavoie\, Toho Water Authority\n\nNatalie Snodgrass Mosquera\, Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County\n\nMaggie Rosenbaum\, Toho Water Authority\n\nKevin Torres\, Edward Jones\n\n\n\n\n\nHispanic Leadership Award\n\nThis award celebrates Hispanic individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership within the Hispanic business community. There are three finalists for this award.  *The winner will be announced at the awards event.\n\n\n\n2025 Finalists*\n\nWanda Curtis\, The Sunshine Foundation\n\nJulio Cedeno\, JC Electical/Handyman\n\nGladys Thayer\, Gladys C. Thayer\, PA\n\n \n\n \n\nHispanic Business Impact Award\n\nThis award recognizes a Hispanic business\, organization\, or initiative that has made a significant positive impact on the Hispanic community in Osceola County\, Florida.  \n\n\n\n2025 Winner\n\nNelson Mendez\, Rico Foods Company - Mr. Cappuccino\n\n \n\n \n\nBlack Business Coalition's Emerging Entrepreneur Award\n\nThis award honors a rising Black entrepreneur who exemplifies innovation\, resilience\, and exceptional potential. It recognizes a business leader who is not only building a successful company but also paving the way for future generations through bold vision and impactful leadership.\n\n\n\n2025 Winner\n\nCharminta Brown\, Founder & Owner\, Brown Joy\n\n \n\n \n\nThe Osceola Chamber Pride Coalition's ROY G. BIV Award\n\nThe ROY G. BIV Impact Award honors individuals making bold\, lasting contributions to the LGBTQ+ community. Inspired by the colors of the rainbow\, each letter of ROY G. BIV represents a core value that drives meaningful change: Representation\, Outreach\, Youth Empowerment\, Growth\, Boldness\, Inclusion\, and Visibility. From uplifting queer youth and creating safe\, affirming spaces\, to amplifying LGBTQ+ voices and driving community growth\, this award celebrates those who embody the full spectrum of impact. Whether through advocacy\, art\, education\, or service\, recipients of the ROY G.
